For businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT ID, the reverse-charge mechanism applies: the invoice shows no VAT and you account for it in your own country.
Term and cancellation
The term matches the billing period you choose: one month, one year or two years. You can cancel at any time with one day's notice to the end of the current, prepaid period. Without cancellation the subscription renews for another period of the same length.
Add-on: Lena AI assistant (German only)
Lena answers phone calls and WhatsApp messages and helps in the office for €89 per month (net), with a 14-day trial. Lena currently speaks German only and uses phone numbers in Germany and Austria, so it is described on the German site.

Which plan do I need?
It depends on how many people work in the office with full access. Start includes one admin licence, Team three and Business five. Employees on site get a seat each; the price per seat is lower in larger plans.
